9. Drop off & Pick up- Class Act Drama Centre will not be held responsible for young people that have not been delivered by a recognised adult to one of our tutors. In the interests of safety and in the case of an emergency we ask that guardians and parents check that tutors are on site at the start of each day. Each young person must sign in each morning.  If a young person is running late please call the following number which tutors will use during the summer school 07951-370-585. Tutors will not allow young people to leave the site for lunch or to buy snacks as a packed lunch is required daily. Due to staffing ratios we cannot accompany young people off site during break and or lunchtimes. Pick up- Tutors will wait with young people until they are picked up by a recognised adult. If a young person is walking home, walking to meet a parent offsite, getting the bus or other public transport a letter must be provided granting permission and cannot be accepted in retrospect.   Whilst a tutor will wait with young people in the event of a late collection, we would ask guardians and parents to be mindful that tutors often have teaching commitments after the summer school which they must attend as part of their employment. Our onsite number incase of emergency during the summer school is 07951-370-585
