We are currently accepting submissions via video audition for the 

following productions. We are updating castings for different productions that can accept video auditions all the time. Please check back from time to time for updated projects.

Terms & Conditions

​

If you would like to submit a video audition, please read the terms and conditions carefully before creating your video. The video will only be viewed by directors casting each project. For full details read Terms & Conditions - Video Auditions

You will need to submit the following :

Your video audition

An online completed form

 

How to create your video 

 

Read the downloadable Audition Pieces PDF and choose one audition piece. You can submit multiple auditions pieces. There are two audition scripts one for young actors and one for adults, please choose

appropriate scripts and roles. 

 

Please clearly state your name at the beginning of any recording of your video and the part you are auditioning for.

 

Have someone read in for the other characters where applicable. They do not need to visually feature within your video.

How to upload your video

 

Upload your video in one of two ways via Dropbox or Vimeo, see instructions below. We regret that we no longer accept DVD applications. Videos should be no longer than 5 minutes.

Dropbox 

Login or create a free Dropbox account and click on the ‘upload file’ button. Once the video has uploaded, right click on it and select ‘share’ to classactdrama@aol.com. Detail the name of your shared file in the application form where instructed. This will allow the auditions team to watch the video online privately. Please note there is a 2GB limit for free Dropbox accounts. Dropbox website.

Vimeo 

Login or create a free Vimeo account and follow the site’s instructions to upload your video. Set the video to private using the ‘Only people with a password’ setting. Please paste the video url/link with the password into your application form where instructed. Do not use a password that you use for other websites. Vimeo website.

Completing and submitting your online form

 

You will need to have already uploaded your video and be aware of your link prior to completing this form. The form can be found at the bottom of this page.

 

What Happens Next 

 

We will attempt to acknowledge receipt of your video within 48 hours of your upload. At times of high demand, this may take a little longer. If you haven’t received an acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days please email us at classactdrama@aol.com . Directors will view videos in the order that they are received.

 

 

If you are successful you maybe called to a face to face audition. Full details will be released to successful auditionees. You may receive an email to inform you that you have not been successful on this occasion and your details will be kept on file for further opportunities that we may contact you about.
